Our daily training is designed for students who are serious about learning and developing combative skills and is highly recommended to those who are SERIOUS and will devote both the time and the effort into learning. Our daily training allows students to learn new skills, ingrain and fine tune old skills and work on their strengths, speed, flexibility, endurance and their combat / warrior mindset on a regular basis. Combatives is not just  skill set, IT’’S a life style Defensive skills, like all skills, are perishable. If you do not practice on a regular basis you will loose the skills needed to win an attack and go home. You must be able to fight off an attacker who is cunning and will use surprise, stealth and environmental conditions to their advantage.  Fights are fast, vicious, unpredictable and extremely dangerous. When you are fighting for your life, you will not have the luxury of time to think. The more time you take thinking about what you should do, the more time the attacker has to kill you. Skills must be drilled, ingrained and practised often so they become reflective subroutines, instinctive and natural. We must condition ourselves mentally and physically so if we are  attacked, our actions are are a reflex. We must be effective enough to immediately devastate and stop our attacker. We call this ‘Combative Conditioning'.   Our training is hard and not for everyone. People with known injuries that might prevent them from this type of training should consult their doctor first. There is a good chance that you will sweat, get exhausted and be sore during and after training. Our training courses are similar to military type training. Our regular training includes, but not limited to: • Fighting in very little light • Fighting single and multiple attackers • Grappling and Ground Combatives • Ground and Pound • Sparring • Knife Combatives • Fighting with Pugil Sticks • Fighting with Sticks • Fighting with Knives • Acting out and dealing with unscripted and unrehearsed scenarios • Extreme Close Quarter fighting in our 'Room of Doom', which is a 256 square foot fully padded training area with two 36 inch hallways, main room and an anchored bench seat to help simulate being attacked inside a bathroom stall, a stair case and even between two parked vehicles. • Learning to fight while seated in a chair. • In vehicle fighting. • Training with strobe lights, loud music and even fog. • Training while under duress and exhausted • Fighting while injured (simulated broken or cut hand or other injured body part) These ‘meets’ normally end with a 15-20 minute high intensity workout. Students are introduced to a series of 'circuit' type training stations that includes 'Old School Callisthenics', weights, Ground Bags, Heavy bags, Hurdles, Sand bags, sparring and pugil sticks.  These workouts focus on enhancing one's overall Strength, Speed, Flexibility and endurance. $80 per month ‘Unlimited nights/days’ or $20 per visit First visit is FREE, so come and check us out.
